We will start by providing a mobile version of Sportmeets. Please still up-vote the iPhone/Android apps if you’d like to have a full fledged app.
Suggestions to functionality are welcome.

Bug: Multiple users on the same network
When multiple users all logged in on the same network, the logged in account profile seems to get somewhat mixed up. NOT GOOD for corporate LAN's. My profile has ended up accessible on a colleagues machine and I can now access his profile. Very odd!!!

Just wondering whether this problem is still occurring. We have not found anything on our end that would cause this. Just some further questions:
Does your network setup require you to login?
Are you using any remote access?
Is there any profile sharing on the two PCs where this happens? (are you by any chanced logged into the same user profile on both PCs at the same time?) -

Can you please share what type of tournaments you have in mind?
We are planning to work on simple Round Robin & Spider (Wimbledon style elimination) tourneys. -
give ladder administrators the ability to schedule matches on behalf of other players.
I have shifted my squash ladder from "www.ropeyladder.com" to SportMeets. In my old ladder, as the administrator, I could schedule matches for ladder members in order to encourage "ladder-fest" weekends and so on. This was a great feature. I could also cancel challenges when someone had a genuine reason for not being able to play and so on.
The rationale behind this is that oftentimes the ladder administrator is the most "active/enthusiastic" member of a ladder group and will go out of his or her to schedule matches, report scores, cancel matches, adjust rankings, organise a day of… more

Create an event with multiple date/times to choose from
Sometimes we still have to use phone/mail/comments to negotiate the time when we can meet. It'd be nice to give an organizer possibility to throw in multiple date/times so that group members can mark when they can make it. The event organizer can later select the final time.
On the other hand it can make UX somewhat more complex, which isn't a good thing.

Record ladder match score only after both players confirmed the score
Both players in a challenge have to confirm the score before it is recorded in the system and ranking updated.

Add users without account to the group
The case is following: we have one sporting event organized purely via email. The game takes place weekly, almost always at the same time, and people get notified via email (just mass mail being sent out). Most of the people on the list won't bother to register at sportmeets just to keep receiving the notification mail, so the organizer won't switch to it, unless he has the possibility to notify also the users who haven't registered at sportmeets yet.
So what I suggest is having possibility to add "non-users" (just emails) to the group, and possibility to send out event… more

Thanks for the suggestion. This is something we’ve been contemplating and you have provided a very good overview of how this should work.
From the next year, we are overhauling the way you can create meets on SportMeets – making it even simpler and more straightforward to get sporting with friends.
Notifications like these will be the next big priority, so get your friends to vote this up too :)

Have a Doubles Match feature for the tennis ladder!!!
Doubles pairings can be proposed and move up the ladder or down it accordingly - on a game by game basis.

Idea: It would be good to have an option to have a ladder just for a team members
I would like to organize a ladder only within our team. The rules cannot be so strictly defined by Sportmeets, but would be defined by the ladder organizer (can but doesn´t have to be the team administrator). Currently I have to maintain two databases of players - one for tha team and other one for the ladder - but the players are the same.

Add a weather forecast icon in the next meet area
I am Spanish, and we usually have no problems with rain, but it would be very useful to have an icon for weather forecast at the time of the next match "next meet window." Better yet, if I had an option which automatically sends an email warning of rain forecast.

Fee for a meet definition - other options than just fee/meet
There is only option to define fee/meet within the meet administration. Also other options could be enabled such as periodical fee (monthly, anually, biannually). There might be also different algorithms, so one field allowing not just numbers but also letters to define the algorithm would be useful.

create club mailing lists, for easier communication amongst teammates
It'd be great if you could host mailing lists so that people can just send an email to their team without worrying if they've got the right address/everyone listed/etc.

why would you need to do that?

include user surname in email comment notification
If I have two Paul on one group, by the email I cannot tell which one sent the comment.
